juice of 1 lime
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 cup milk
16 ounces white Velveeta cheese
7 ounces diced green chilies (fire roasted and peeled)

Cut 1 large beefsteak tomato in half and remove the white core.

Dice the tomato into a quarter inch pieces.
