Cut the breadfruit open and peel the outer part.
Remove the heart of the breadfruit.
Cut the breadfruit into cubes.
Boil the breadfruit in salted water for 15-20 minutes until tender.
In a separate pot, boil mixed vegetables in salted water for 7 minutes.
Drain the excess water from the cooked breadfruit and place it in a bowl.
Add the mixed vegetables to the bowl with the breadfruit.
Add half of a purple onion and a quarter of each bell pepper to the bowl.
Add sweet relish to the mixture, using about half to three-quarters of the bottle.
Fold in the ingredients gently.
Add half a bottle of vegan spread and fold everything in again.
