Slice one bammy in half and then slice each half into six pieces.
In a large bowl, add one sachet of coconut milk powder.
Add cinnamon powder to the bowl.
Pour in room temperature water and ensure both the milk powder and cinnamon dissolve properly.
Using a fork or spoon, combine the mixture until dissolved.
Add the sliced bammies to the bowl and allow them to soak for roughly 5 to 7 minutes.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pot until hot.
Drain excess liquid from the soaked bammies before adding them to the hot oil to prevent splashing.
Fry the bammies until golden brown, flipping them halfway through.
Ensure the stove is set to low heat to avoid burning the bammies.
After about 7 minutes, remove the bammies and place them in a strainer to drain excess oil.
Serve the bammies on a plate and sprinkle with cinnamon powder and parsley flakes.
