Preheat the oven to 180°C.
In a bowl, mix together 150 g flour, 80 g sugar, 150 g soft butter, 4 egg yolks, 1 tsp baking powder, and a pinch of salt until well combined.
Pour the mixture onto a baking sheet (30x40 cm) and spread evenly.
In a separate bowl, beat 4 egg whites with a pinch of salt until soft peaks form.
Gradually add 140 g sugar and 2 packets of vanilla sugar, continuing to beat until stiff peaks form.
Fold in 100 g flaked almonds gently into the egg white mixture.
Spread the meringue mixture over the cake batter on the baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, checking with a toothpick for doneness.
For the filling, whip together 250 g mascarpone, 500 ml cream, 2 packets of vanilla sugar, 1 tbsp sugar, and 2 packets of cream stabilizer until fluffy.
Fold in 400 g of forest berries and a little lemon concentrate into the mascarpone mixture.
Once the cake has cooled, spread the filling over it and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
