In a food processor, chop the nuts and parsley until finely ground.

Sprinkle the nuts and parsley onto parchment or wax paper.

Form the cheese mixture into a ball shape and roll in the nuts and parsley until the entire ball is coated.

Sprinkle the exterior of the cheeseball with paprika.

Wrap in saran wrap or wax paper and chill in the refrigerator for a couple of hours before serving.

Serve with crackers.
