Take 2 bulbs of garlic, drizzle with olive oil, and place in the oven.

Roast garlic for 20-25 minutes until soft when squeezed.

Cook 250 g of dried spaghetti in salted boiling water for 9 minutes.

Chop leftover bread into small pieces for topping.

Mix roasted garlic with the bread to soak up the garlic oil, then toast in a pan for 5 minutes until golden and crispy.

Cut the root off the roasted garlic and squeeze it into a pan.
