Greek yogurt reduces calories while maintaining creaminess

Preheat oven to 160℃ fan-assisted or 180℃ conventional (350℉).

Sauté chopped onions in olive oil and a knob of butter until translucent.

Add chopped mushrooms and crushed garlic; cook until mushrooms are tender.

Stir in thyme, oregano, mixed herbs, parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper; mix until smooth.

Spread the mushroom mixture evenly over the rolled-out puff pastry.

Roll the pastry tightly into a log, sealing the edges.

Slice the log into pinwheels and place on a baking sheet.

Bake for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
