1 red bell pepper, chopped into half inch pieces
1 yellow bell pepper, diced into half inch pieces
1 zucchini, diced into half inch pieces
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 cup old-fashioned oats
2 (15-ounce) cans black beans, drained and rinsed
1 cup cooked black rice
1/2 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon low sodium Tamari
1/4 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
1 teaspoon thyme
1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
2 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon white miso paste
2 slices Ezekiel Bread, toasted and blended into crumbs
1/4 cup ketchup (for glaze)
3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar (for glaze)
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (for glaze)
