1 tablespoon hot sauce (to taste)
1/2 tablespoon garlic powder

In a food processor, add the soaked walnuts, chopped carrot, minced ginger, chopped green onions, minced garlic, 1 tablespoon of cold-pressed raw sesame oil, 1 tablespoon of coconut aminos, 1 teaspoon of Chinese five spice, 1 tablespoon of hot sauce, and 1/2 tablespoon of garlic powder.

Add sliced water chestnuts to the food processor and pulse until the mixture resembles a ground chicken-like consistency.
