Add 250 grams of warm milk to a bowl.

Add 125 grams of warm water to the bowl.

Add 3 tablespoons of sugar and 1/2 teaspoon of salt to the bowl.

Add around 5 tablespoons of a mixture of ghee and oil to the bowl.

Mix the ingredients until well combined.

Add plain flour bit by bit to control the consistency of the dough.

Knead the dough for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and soft.

Divide the rested dough into 8 equal pieces and shape them into balls.

Roll each ball into a flat circle and spread around 1 tablespoon of the ghee and oil mixture on top.

Fold the dough over to create layers and shape it into a circle.

Heat a skillet over medium heat and place the rolled dough on it without oil initially.

Cook the bottom side until it gets color, then flip it over and cook the other side.

Add around 1/2 tablespoon of oil on the bottom side and another 1/2 tablespoon on the top side while cooking.
