Prepare the egg bhurji by heating oil in a pan and adding cumin seeds, ginger & garlic paste, chopped onion, and chopped tomato. Cook until the onions are translucent.

Add coriander powder, egg masala, red chili powder, chaat masala, and salt to the mixture. Stir well and cook until the eggs are scrambled and fully cooked.

For the egg roti, beat 1 raw egg in a bowl and mix with milk, flour, and a pinch of salt to create a batter.

Heat oil in a pan and pour in the egg roti batter to form a crepe. Cook until golden brown on both sides.

Fill the crepe with the prepared egg bhurji and serve hot.
