Egg Crepes

4 large eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp butter (for cooking)

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined.

Add the flour and salt to the egg mixture and whisk until smooth and free of lumps.

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a small amount of butter, swirling to coat the pan.

Pour about 1/4 cup of the batter into the skillet, tilting the pan to spread the batter evenly into a thin layer.

Cook for 1-2 minutes until the edges start to lift and the bottom is lightly golden.

Carefully flip the crepe using a spatula and cook for another 1-2 minutes on the other side.

Remove the crepe from the skillet and place it on a plate. Repeat the process with the remaining batter, adding more butter to the skillet as needed.

Fill each crepe with your choice of fillings, fold or roll them up, and serve warm.
