Ingredients
- ●12 oz fusilli pasta
- ●2 cups mushrooms, sliced
- ●1 cup heavy cream
- ●1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ●2 tbsp olive oil
- ●3 cloves garlic, minced
- ●1/2 tsp salt
- ●1/4 tsp black pepper
- ●1/4 tsp nutmeg
- ●1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- 1Cook the fusilli pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- 2In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- 3Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- 4Add the sliced mushrooms to the skillet and cook until they are browned and tender, about 5-7 minutes.
- 5Pour in the heavy cream and stir to combine with the mushrooms and garlic.
- 6Add the grated Parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper, and nutmeg. Stir until the cheese is melted and the sauce is creamy.
- 7Add the cooked fusilli pasta to the skillet and toss to coat the pasta in the creamy mushroom sauce.
- 8Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to heat through, stirring occasionally.
- 9Remove from heat and stir in the chopped parsley before serving.

- ●1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- ●1/2 tsp salt
- ●1/4 tsp black pepper
- ●Fresh basil leaves for garnish
Instructions
- 1Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- 2In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- 3Pour in the white wine and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes to reduce slightly.
- 4Add the marinara sauce and heavy cream to the skillet, stirring to combine.
- 5Season the sauce with red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. Let it simmer for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 6Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce is creamy.
- 7Add the cooked penne pasta to the sauce, tossing to coat the pasta evenly.
- 8Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to heat through, allowing the pasta to absorb some of the sauce.
- 9Remove from heat and garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
