1/4 cup pickled gherkins, chopped
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup tomato ketchup
2 tablespoons French Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon sea salt

Dice the lettuce finely and add a couple of tablespoons to a large mixing bowl.
