Use a microwave hardboiled egg cooker to cook 3 eggs until hardboiled.

Mash the yolks of the hardboiled eggs until small and combined.

Add 1.5 tablespoons of Kewpie Japanese mayonnaise to the yolks.

Add 1 teaspoon of yellow mustard to the yolks and mayonnaise mixture.

Mix all the ingredients together until well combined.

Place a piping bag into a shot glass to hold it in place for filling.

Spoon the yolk mixture into the piping bag.

Pipe the yolk mixture into the egg white halves.

Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning on top of the filled eggs.

Refrigerate the eggs for about 30 minutes before serving.
