Bacon Wrapped Dates Stuffed with Cream Cheese

20 large Medjool dates
4 oz cream cheese
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1/4 tsp black pepper
10 slices of bacon
2 tablespoons molasses
2 oz bourbon whiskey

Remove the pits from the dates.

Take a spoonful of cream cheese and stuff it inside the dates.

For dusting, mix brown sugar and cracked black pepper together.
