How To Make Pistachio Fig and Honey Whipped Ricotta Toast Recipe

Take slices of sourdough bread from a fresh loaf.

Toast the sourdough slices in a toaster until golden brown.

Place the toasted slices on a cooling rack to prevent sogginess.

In a bowl, add 250 g of full-fat ricotta cheese.

Add 1 tablespoon of whole milk to the ricotta cheese.

Add a tiny pinch of salt to the mixture.

Blend the ricotta, milk, and salt using a stick blender until smooth.

Transfer the whipped ricotta into a piping bag.

Drizzle a light amount of honey over each slice of toast.

Slice figs into quarters and layer them on top of the honey-drizzled toast.

Pipe the whipped ricotta onto the toast in a thick layer.

Drizzle a little more honey on top of the whipped ricotta.

Sprinkle slivered pistachios over the top of the toast.

Add freshly cracked black pepper on top for flavor.

Garnish with additional vertically sliced figs on top.
