Start by making the glaze: mix 1 cup of peach jam or preserves with 2 tablespoons of spicy brown mustard and 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar.
Place the ham cut side down in a foil-lined pan.
Season the ham with cinnamon, ginger, and cloves.
Pour half of the glaze over the ham.
Cover the ham with foil and heat it at 350°F (177°C) for 1.5 to 2 hours.
Chop and toast the spicy Georgia peanuts.
Season the peanuts with cayenne pepper, smoked paprika, and dried chives to taste.
After the ham is heated, take it out of the oven and pour the remaining glaze over it.
Broil the ham for another 2 minutes to caramelize the glaze, or use a blowtorch for a charred effect (at your own risk).
Sprinkle the ham with the spicy Georgia peanuts before serving.
