1

Cut the vegetables (onions, capsicum, green chilies) lengthwise and lightly stir-fry them before removing them from the pan.

2

In the remaining oil, add the minced chicken and spices.

3

Stir-fry the vegetables lightly and set them aside.

4

Take 2-3 onions and cut them lengthwise, along with capsicum and green chilies.

5

Fry the onions, capsicum, and green chilies together, avoiding red chili powder.

6

Fry the vegetables on high flame to reduce their sharpness.

7

Add ginger-garlic paste to the pan after turning off the heat to prevent burning.

8

Add the minced chicken to the pan and cook it thoroughly, breaking it up to avoid lumps.

9

Add a little water to prevent the chicken from clumping together.

10

Add crushed coriander and ground garam masala to the chicken mixture.

11

Cut the tomatoes and add them to the pan, cooking on high heat until they soften.

12

Cover the pan to help the tomatoes soften more quickly.

13

After the tomatoes are soft, add the previously stir-fried vegetables back into the pan.

14

Mix everything together and let it simmer for a while to blend the flavors.
