3 tablespoons lime juice

1/2 cup grape tomatoes

Chop palm sugar into smaller pieces to help it dissolve.

Add 3 tablespoons of lime juice to the palm sugar.

Add fish sauce to the mixture and swish it around gently.

Trim the ends of the green beans and add them to the dressing, bruising them slightly to allow the dressing to penetrate.

Add 1/2 cup of lengthwise halved grape tomatoes to the mixture and bruise them gently to release their juices.
