1 Cup of Self Rising Flour
2 Tsp (more or less) of Seasoned Salt
Peanut Oil for frying

Preheat oil in cast iron skillet on medium high heat for 3-5 minutes or until the oil reaches 350 degrees.

Place Chicken pieces in a ziplock bag and pour Buttermilk over the top. Gently shake the bag to make sure all the Chicken is evenly coated in the Buttermilk.

In another ziplock bag, mix together Flour and seasoned salt. Shake the bag.

Remove chicken from the Buttermilk and place them in the flour mixture and shake the bag making sure all the chicken is covered with flour.

Fry in the preheated oil for approximately 3 minutes on each side or until golden brown.

Place on a rack and allow chicken to rest a few minutes before serving.
