Spread 2 tablespoons of boiled corn on one slice of bread.

Add 1 tablespoon of chopped onion and 1 tablespoon of chopped bell pepper on top of the corn.

Add 1 chopped green chili according to taste.

Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of black pepper over the vegetables.

Spread 2 tablespoons of butter on the outside of the sandwich.

Heat a tawa (griddle) for about 1 minute.

Place the sandwich on the tawa and cook until golden brown and crunchy, about 1 minute on each side.
