Soak the beans overnight.

Rinse and drain the beans.

In clean water, add the beans and bring to a boil, then remove the beans and the water.

Add 1.5 liters of water and 750 g of dried white beans to the pot.

Add 3 stalks of celery and stir continuously.

Cover with the pot lid and cook for one hour on medium heat.

After one hour, check if more water is needed and add salt to taste.
