Soften 4 ounces of cream cheese either at room temperature or by microwaving for a few seconds.
Use an immersion blender to test the cream cheese for softness.
Add 1 tablespoon of powdered sweetener to the softened cream cheese.
Add 2 eggs to the mixture.
Add 1 cup of super fine almond flour to the mixture.
Pulse the immersion blender to moisten the ingredients together.
Blend until you have a smooth batter, similar in texture to pancake batter.
Preheat the Dash mini waffle maker and grease the grids with cooking spray or vegetable oil.
Use a 1/4 cup measuring cup to scoop the batter into the waffle maker, using about 3 to 4 tablespoons per waffle.
Cook each waffle for about 1.5 to 2 minutes until golden brown.
Remove the waffle and repeat the process with the remaining batter.
Serve the waffles with sugar-free strawberry jam or whipped cream, if desired.
Store any leftover waffles by refrigerating them or freezing them individually in a Ziploc bag.
To reheat, pop the waffles in a toaster for a crispier texture.
