Start by preparing the ingredients: gather green bell peppers, sweet peppers, jalapeños, and sweet onions.
Heat butter on a Blackstone griddle.
Add sliced green bell peppers, sweet peppers, jalapeños, and onions to the griddle.
Season the vegetables with Slap Ya Mama seasoning and black pepper; cook for about 5 minutes until slightly caramelized.
Remove the vegetables from the griddle and set aside to continue cooking off heat.
Place the frozen ribeye meat pucks on the griddle; season the top with Slap Ya Mama seasoning and black pepper.
Cook the meat for 2 minutes, then flip and season the other side.
After another 2 minutes, start breaking up the meat with a spatula and mix it with the vegetables.
Add a few drops of Worcestershire sauce to the meat mixture.
Toast the hoagie rolls on the griddle while the meat and vegetables finish cooking.
Once the meat is cooked, mix in the vegetables and add more Worcestershire sauce if desired.
Separate the mixture into two portions on the griddle and top each with baby swiss cheese; cover to melt the cheese.
Spread mayonnaise inside the toasted hoagie rolls.
Fill each hoagie roll with the steak and cheese mixture.
Drizzle with Chipotle Tabasco sauce if desired; serve immediately.
