Mix warm milk and warm water in a bowl.
Combine flour, instant yeast, sugar, and salt in a large mixing bowl; mix well.
Slowly add warm liquids and melted butter to the dry ingredients; mix until a soft, slightly sticky dough forms.
Cover the bowl with cling film and refrigerate overnight.
Let the dough sit out for 30 minutes to bring it to room temperature.
Fold the dough a few times until it forms a small ball; cover and let it rest for another 30 to 45 minutes until doubled in size.
Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface and use a rolling pin to press out air; shape it into a log.
Place the dough into a greased loaf pan and press down to eliminate air pockets; cover and let rise until it reaches the top of the pan (45 to 90 minutes).
Preheat the oven to 190°C (374°F).
Bake the bread for 35 to 40 minutes until golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped on the bottom.
Remove from the pan and place on a cooling rack; let cool completely before slicing.
