1. Zwiebeln in Ringe schneiden.
2. In einer Schüssel Eier, Milch und Bier vermengen.
3. Backpulver, Mehl, Salz und Pfeffer hinzufügen und gut vermischen.
4. Zwiebelringe in der Mischung wenden.
5. Paniermehl auf einen Teller geben und die Zwiebelringe darin wenden.
6. Pflanzenöl in einer Pfanne erhitzen und die Zwiebelringe frittieren, bis sie goldbraun sind.
7. Zwiebelringe auf Küchenpapier abtropfen lassen.
