5 bay leaves
8-10 allspice
1 tablespoon dried marjoram

3.5 liters water

Chop half of a fresh cabbage, removing the hard middle part.

Soak mushrooms in water overnight and strain them.

In a large pot, add 3.5 liters of cold water, sauerkraut, bay leaves, and allspice.

Add the soaked mushrooms to the pot, reserving the mushroom water.

Chop the pork neck, pork loin, sausage, and onions into big pieces.

Add the chopped meat and sausage to the pot after half an hour of boiling.

Add the remaining fresh cabbage and dried plums to the pot, stirring thoroughly.

Boil for an hour, then taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.

Fry onions in oil until golden, then add chopped sausage and fry for a minute.

Add the fried onion and sausage to the pot along with tomato puree and marjoram.

Cook for another hour until ready.
