Cortamos las berenjenas por la mitad a lo largo y hacemos unos cortes diagonales en el interior.

Colocamos las berenjenas en una bandeja apta para horno, pintamos con aceite la superficie, añadimos sal y horneamos a 180º durante 30 minutos.
