Instructions

- 5Add diced bell peppers and spinach to the skillet and cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
- 6In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- 7Stir in the sautéed vegetables, cooked bacon, and shredded cheddar cheese into the egg mixture.
- 8Pour the egg mixture over the crescent roll crust in the baking dish.
- 9Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is golden.
- 10Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.
