Instructions

  1. 1Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. 2Grease a baking dish with olive oil.
  3. 3Unroll the crescent roll dough and press it into the bottom and up the sides of the baking dish.
  4. 4In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté chopped onion and garlic until fragrant.
  5. 5Add diced bell peppers and spinach to the skillet and cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
