½ cup (113g) melted butter, preferably salted
1 4-6 ounce (113-170g) container blue cheese crumbles
1 tbsp fresh thyme, minced (optional) (or 1½ tsp dried thyme)

Preheat the oven to 400° F.

Cut biscuit dough into small one-inch sized irregular pieces and place on baking sheet. Pour melted butter over biscuit pieces. Sprinkle blue cheese all over biscuits and use a spatula (or your hands) to toss biscuit pieces with melted butter and blue cheese. Sprinkle fresh thyme over biscuits (optional but highly recommended).
