Mix until a dough forms, then knead on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth.
Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm place until doubled, about 1-2 hours.
Punch down the risen dough and shape it into a long loaf.
Place the loaf in a greased baking pan and cover it again to rise for another 30-45 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Bake the loaf for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped.
Remove from the oven and let cool on a wire rack before slicing.
