  • 400g spaghetti
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 1/4 cup parsley leaves
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. 1Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2In a blender or food processor, combine the spinach, basil, parsley, olive oil, garlic, Parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using).
  3. 3Blend until smooth, adding a little water if necessary to achieve a creamy consistency.
  4. 4In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked spaghetti with the green sauce. Toss until the pasta is well coated.
  5. 5Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary, adding more salt or pepper as desired.
  6. 6Serve immediately, garnished with additional Parmesan cheese and fresh herbs if desired.

  • 4 cups water
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes

Instructions
