  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. 2In a skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels, then crumble.
  3. 3In the same skillet, sauté the chopped onion until translucent, about 5 minutes.
  4. 4In a large bowl, combine the sliced potatoes, crumbled bacon, sautéed onion, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and paprika. Mix well.
  5. 5In another bowl, whisk together the sour cream and milk until smooth.
  6. 6Layer half of the potato mixture in a greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Pour half of the sour cream mixture over the potatoes.
  7. 7Sprinkle half of the shredded cheddar cheese on top. Repeat the layers with the remaining potato mixture, sour cream mixture, and cheese.
  8. 8Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes.
  9. 9Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  10. 10Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

  1. 1Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. 2In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until translucent.
  3. 3Add ground beef to the skillet, cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
  4. 4Stir in salt, black pepper, paprika, and thyme. Mix well and remove from heat.
  5. 5In a greased baking dish, layer half of the sliced potatoes at the bottom.
  6. 6Spread half of the beef mixture over the potatoes, then sprinkle half of the cheese on top.

  • 2 cups baby potatoes
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. 2In a bowl, mix together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, olive oil, black pepper, and salt to create the marinade.
  3. 3Place the chicken thighs in a large zip-lock bag or bowl and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag or cover the bowl and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  4. 4While the chicken is marinating, wash the baby potatoes and cut them in half if they are large.
  5. 5In a baking dish, arrange the marinated chicken thighs and baby potatoes. Pour any remaining marinade over the top.
