- ●6 slices bacon
- ●4 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
- ●1 medium onion, chopped
- ●1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ●1 cup sour cream
- ●1/2 cup milk
- ●1 tsp garlic powder
- ●1/2 tsp salt
- ●1/4 tsp black pepper
- ●1/2 tsp paprika
Instructions
- 1Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- 2In a skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels, then crumble.
- 3In the same skillet, sauté the chopped onion until translucent, about 5 minutes.
- 4In a large bowl, combine the sliced potatoes, crumbled bacon, sautéed onion, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and paprika. Mix well.
- 5In another bowl, whisk together the sour cream and milk until smooth.
- 6Layer half of the potato mixture in a greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Pour half of the sour cream mixture over the potatoes.
- 7Sprinkle half of the shredded cheddar cheese on top. Repeat the layers with the remaining potato mixture, sour cream mixture, and cheese.
- 8Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes.
- 9Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- 10Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

- ●1 tsp salt

- ●1 tsp paprika
- ●1/2 tsp dried thyme
- ●2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- 1Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- 2In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until translucent.
- 3Add ground beef to the skillet, cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
- 4Stir in salt, black pepper, paprika, and thyme. Mix well and remove from heat.
- 5In a greased baking dish, layer half of the sliced potatoes at the bottom.
- 6Spread half of the beef mixture over the potatoes, then sprinkle half of the cheese on top.
- 7Repeat the layers with the remaining potatoes, beef mixture, and cheese.
- 8Pour beef broth evenly over the top layer.
- 9Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes.
- 10Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the cheese is bubbly.
- 11Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

- ●2 cups baby potatoes
- ●1/4 cup honey
- ●1/4 cup soy sauce
- ●2 cloves garlic, minced
- ●1 tsp ginger, grated
- ●1 tbsp olive oil
- ●1/2 tsp black pepper
- ●1/2 tsp salt
- ●1/2 tsp sesame seeds (optional)
- ●2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- 1Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- 2In a bowl, mix together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, olive oil, black pepper, and salt to create the marinade.
- 3Place the chicken thighs in a large zip-lock bag or bowl and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag or cover the bowl and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- 4While the chicken is marinating, wash the baby potatoes and cut them in half if they are large.
- 5In a baking dish, arrange the marinated chicken thighs and baby potatoes. Pour any remaining marinade over the top.
- 6Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the potatoes are tender.
- 7If desired, broil for an additional 2-3 minutes to get a nice caramelization on the chicken skin.
- 8Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
- 9Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.
