1

In a big bowl, add 150ml milk, 4g of instant dry yeast, and 20g white sugar. Stir until well combined.

2

Sift in 250g all purpose flour, and add 3g of salt and 20g melted butter.

3

Fold all ingredients together and knead until smooth and elastic.

4

Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place until it has doubled in size, about 1 hour.

5

Press the dough down and turn it onto a lightly floured surface.

6

Divide the dough into 16 equal pieces and shape each piece into balls.

7

Let the shaped dough set for 15 minutes.

8

Flatten each ball with a rolling pin and fill with grated mozzarella cheese.

9

Close the dough tightly and reshape it into a ball. Repeat for the remaining pieces.

10

Place the tray in a pre-heated oven at 35 degrees Celsius with a bowl of water to proof for 30 minutes or until almost doubled in size.

11

Once proofed, brush the surface of the fermented dough with milk.

12

Bake in the oven for 12 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.

13

Meanwhile, prepare the garlic butter sauce by combining 20g butter, 10g sugar, 10g chopped garlic, a pinch of salt, and chopped parsley.

14

Add a layer of garlic sauce on top of the bread and sprinkle some grated cheese.

15

Return the tray to the oven for another 6 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
