Punch down the dough and knead in raisins, almonds, and orange zest.
Shape the dough into a round loaf and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment.
Cover and let rise again until puffed, about 30-45 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Brush the loaf with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped.
Let cool on a wire rack before serving.
