Wash and clean Yukon Gold potatoes.
Slice potatoes in half, then slice the halves in half to ensure even cooking.
For the first test, toss potatoes with a good amount of olive oil and season with rosemary salt.
Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Spread potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
Cook for 18-25 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
After 18 minutes, check the potatoes; they should be crispy but may lose their crunch quickly.
For the second method, rinse cut potatoes in cold water three times to remove excess starch.
Dry the potatoes with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
Toss the rinsed and dried potatoes with olive oil and seasoning.
Place in the air fryer and cook for 18-20 minutes until fork tender.
Check the potatoes after cooking; they should be evenly brown but may still lack crunch.
For the third method, prepare four quarts of boiling water with 1 tablespoon of salt and 2 tablespoons of white vinegar.
Carefully lower the potatoes into the boiling water and par boil until fork tender.
