Beat the eggs with garlic, salt and pepper.

Add the grated potatoes and sliced leeks to the egg mixture and mix well.

Heat a large frying pan on medium-high heat and pour in oil and melt the butter until the bottom of the pan is covered.

Pour the mixture into the pan, spreading and pressing it down.

Cover the pan with a lid or aluminum foil.

After 3-4 minutes, lower the heat to low and let it cook slowly for 15-20 minutes until the edges are brown.
