3 garlic cloves, chopped
3g (2 tbsp) of parsley, chopped
30ml (2 tbsp) of olive oil
1 roll of puff pastry
250g (1 cup) of ricotta
Egg wash

Preheat the oven to 190°C/374°F.

Mix sliced mushrooms with olive oil and garlic. Cook on the pan, medium heat, for 10 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and parsley.

Cut puff pastry into squares, then make a few slices on both sides as shown on the video. Brush with egg wash and fold both edges. Place a piece of parchment on top of each puff pastry tart and pour some beans or pastry weights on top. Bake for 20 minutes.

Fill each basket with ricotta and top with mushrooms.
