- 6Cover the bowl with a microwave-safe plate or lid.
- 7Microwave the eggs on high for 1 minute. Check for doneness; if needed, microwave in 10-second intervals until cooked to your liking.
- 8Once the eggs are done, carefully remove the bowl from the microwave (it will be hot).
- 9Use a slotted spoon to remove the eggs from the water and place them on a plate.
- 10Season the poached eggs with salt and pepper to taste.
