¾ cup mozzarella cheese (grated)
5 nos potatoes (diced)
water (for boiling)
½ cup maida
¾ cup water (for batter)
1 pinch salt (for batter)
1 pinch black pepper powder (for batter)
2 cups panko crumbs

Bring water to boil in a pot. Add salt to it.

Add the diced potatoes and boil it till it becomes soft and mashy.
