Cut the dinner rolls in half lengthwise.
Carefully remove the tops of the rolls and set them aside.
Cover the bottom half of the rolls with two layers of salami.
Add two layers of ham.
Add two layers of provolone cheese.
Add two layers of Swiss cheese.
Add two layers of Mortadella.
If Mortadella is unavailable, use bologna or more ham instead.
Follow with another two layers of salami.
Spread two cups of olive salad in an even layer over the sandwich meat.
Cover with the tops of the rolls.
Carefully cut each roll into individual sandwiches.
Wrap the sandwiches in plastic wrap and let them chill in the refrigerator for several hours.
