Spicy Cheesy No-Knead Dutch Oven Bread

Today, variations abound, with bakers experimenting with different cheeses and heat levels, making it a versatile staple in many households.

Roughly chop 2 jalapeños and place them in a bowl.
Slice the third jalapeño into thin rings for topping the bread.
Chop and de-seed the habanero, then slice it into thin rings.
In a large mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of bread flour, 2.5 cups of shredded cheddar cheese, chopped jalapeños, and 1 tablespoon of salt. Mix well.
In a second bowl, measure out 2 cups of warm water and add the yeast. Mix until dissolved.
Combine the yeast mixture into the large bowl and stir until a shaggy dough forms.
Add 1 to 1.5 cups of additional bread flour to thicken the dough, for a total of 3.5 cups of bread flour.
Cover the bowl with a warm cloth and let it rise for 1 hour until doubled in size.
After 1 hour, mix the dough again, folding and rotating it.
Cover the dough again and let it rise for another 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 450°F and place the empty Dutch oven inside to heat for 30 minutes.
Flour your work surface and hands, then shape the dough into a ball and place it on parchment paper.
Brush the top of the dough with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and sprinkle with remaining cheese and jalapeño slices.
Make a few cuts in the top of the dough and add the habanero slices.
Carefully transfer the dough into the hot Dutch oven and cover with the lid.
Bake with the lid on for 30 minutes, then remove the lid and bake for an additional 20 minutes until golden brown.
Remove the bread using the parchment paper and place it on a cooling rack for 1 hour before slicing.
