Cut the center out of the bread slices and set aside.
In a bowl, sift 3.5 tablespoons of gram flour and 2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour.
Add 1/4 teaspoon turmeric, 1 teaspoon black pepper, 1 teaspoon chaat masala, and 1 teaspoon salt to the flour mixture.
Add 1/4 teaspoon baking soda and mix well.
Gradually add 1/4 cup milk and mix to form a batter, adjusting with water as needed to achieve a normal homemade texture.
Finely chop and add 1 tablespoon each of bell pepper, tomato, onion, carrot, and green chili, along with 1 tablespoon of fresh coriander to the batter and mix well.
Heat 1 tablespoon of butter in a pan over low heat.
Place the bread slices in the pan and pour the batter over them, ensuring it's evenly spread.
Cook for about 10-12 minutes, covered, until the mixture is set.
Add low-fat sandwich cheese and grated mix cheese on top, then cover with the other half of the bread slice and press gently.
Cook for another 8 minutes, flipping halfway through, until both sides are golden and the cheese is melted.
