Make a cavity in the hot dog buns using a spoon or knife and collect the crumbs.
Heat oil in a pan and add half a cup of onion, saute until pink.
Add one cup of carrots and a little salt, cook for a minute on medium flame.
Add some water and cover to soften the carrots for 3-4 minutes.
Once soft, add half a bowl of finely chopped capsicum and cook on high flame.
Add one bowl of boiled sweet corn and mix well.
Pour in half a liter of milk and mix thoroughly.
Add the collected bread crumbs to the pan, mash if thick, and mix well.
Add one and half spoon of salt, red chilli powder, oregano, and chilli flakes, and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Grate an Amul processed cheese cube and mix it into the stuffing until well combined.
Preheat a big pan with a bowl of salt for 10 minutes on medium flame.
Brush the back and sides of the hot dog buns with oil, butter, or ghee.
Place the buns in the preheated pan, cover, and cook on medium flame for 10 minutes.
Add two spoons of milk to the stuffing to adjust consistency, then fill the hot dog buns with the stuffing.
Top with a layer of cheese and cover the pan, cooking on high flame for 2 minutes, then low flame for 10 minutes.
Optionally, show the hot dogs made in the oven as well.
Once cooked, drizzle tomato ketchup in a zigzag shape over the hot dogs.
