Cut up 1 small onion and 1 bell pepper.

Put diced onion and bell pepper into a 12-inch skillet with 1.5 pounds of ground beef.

Set the skillet to a little higher than medium heat (number 6) and brown the ground beef.

Spray a 9x13 baking dish with Pam cooking spray.

Roll out 1 can of crescent rolls into the bottom of the baking dish.

Add garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, and salt to the ground beef mixture to taste and mix well.

Drain grease from the ground beef mixture.

Add 1/3 cup water, 3 tablespoons taco seasoning, juice from 1 can of Rotel, and juice from 1 can of green chilies to the skillet and stir.

Let the mixture come to a boil, then reduce to a simmer for 10 minutes.

In a separate bowl, heat 6 ounces of cream cheese until workable.

Add 2 tablespoons of ranch powder seasoning to the cream cheese and mix.

After 40 minutes at 350, check the dish and if it's looking done, pull it out after 8 minutes at 375.
