Add about half of a 1-ounce packet of taco seasoning to the blender.

Blend the cottage cheese and taco seasoning until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.

Add a handful of shredded cheese to the mixture and blend until combined.

Add 1/4 cup of Rotel tomatoes with juice to the mixture and blend again until mixed well.

Transfer the mixture to a microwave-safe bowl.

Microwave the mixture for 1 minute, then stir well.

Microwave for an additional minute, then stir again until the cheese is melted and the dip is creamy.
