Peel 2 heads of garlic.
Chop 1 red bell pepper.
Chop a bunch of cilantro.
Chop 1 white onion.
Chop 1/2 jalapeño.
Add 5 tablespoons of oregano to the blender.
Pour in 3.5 tablespoons of oil.
Pour in 3.5 tablespoons of vinegar.
Add 3 tablespoons of Goya seasoning.
Combine the chopped garlic, red bell pepper, cilantro, white onion, jalapeño, and oregano in the blender.
Blend the mixture until smooth, adding a little water if needed to help blend.
Pour the blended mixture into containers.
Mix the contents of the containers to ensure even distribution of ingredients.
Store the containers in the refrigerator for up to 15 days to 1 month.
