6 tbsp oil
500gm chicken with skin
1 onion
2 green chillies
6 tbsp tomato Puree
1 cinnamon
7 cardamom
2 dried lemon
1/2 tsp pepper powder
Salt to taste
3 cup sella rice
6 cup hot water
1 tbsp tomato Puree
1.5 tsp paprika powder

Heat oil in a pot.

Add chicken and brown on all sides.

Add chopped onion and green chillies, sauté until onion is translucent.

Stir in tomato puree, cinnamon, cardamom, dried lemon, pepper powder, and salt.

Add sella rice and mix well.

Pour in hot water and bring to a boil.

Reduce heat, cover, and simmer until rice is cooked and water is absorbed.
