1/2 C Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
1 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1 1/2 tsp Cream of Tartar
1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Vanilla
1 1/2 C Sugar
2 Eggs
1/3 C Sugar
1 1/2 Tbsp Cinnamon

unsweetened cocoa powder

In a shallow bowl mix 1/3 C sugar & cinnamon until combined. Set aside.

In a medium sized bowl whisk flour, baking soda, baking powder, cream of tartar, cayenne pepper & salt. Set aside.

In a large bowl cream butter and sugar. Beat for 2 minutes until light and fluffy.

Add eggs & vanilla. Mix well.

Gradually add dry ingredients until all combined.

Shape dough into 2" balls and roll into cinnamon sugar mixture.

Bake @ 350 F for 10 -12 minutes.

Let cookies cool for 5 minutes and re-roll in cinnamon sugar.
